Parking: Please park in the shared parking lot between Indie Salon suites and The Marriott Hotel. (located south of The Buff) Please notify me via text when you arrive, and I will reply when I’m ready for your appointment. In the case of bad weather, I suggest you wait in your car until I am ready for your appointment because the doors will be locked.

No-show/ Last minute Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required before cancelling your appointment. Credit cards are required before booking your service. Credit Cards are stored securely through Gloss Genius booking software. 100% of the missed services will be charged outside of the 24-hour notice. The same policy applies to no-shows.
